I took a look and no available online reservations. Apple Bethesda Row has appointments for this Wednesday. I used the instruction I had above:

Other than that you might try making an appointment in person. In my experience the person who checks in people with appointments also can make appointments with a two-week window rather than one week.

It's a lot of steps, but you can do it quickly in the right sequence. It's better to be logged into your Apple ID while you do this.

Start here:

Official Apple Support

Go in this sequence:

1. iPhone
2. Repair options
3. Start your repair request (blue button at bottom)
4. Battery, Power, and Charging
5. Battery Replacement
6. Bring in for Repair

At this point it will say current location (or you can enter your zip code) and for whatever reason you need to enter a carrier even if you phone is unlocked. You'll have options, but I'm seeing the earliest for an Apple Store is Monday at 2:35 PM at Georgetown.

If you are trying to setup an appointment, there is nothing that any of here on the forums can help with. The only way to set an appointment, is to follow the directions listed above and setup a Genius Bar appointment to get your battery replacement scheduled. You may want to get on this quick as every time that I have been in the Apple store and there are people wanting replacement batteries, they are backed up and don't have any in stock at the store and have to notify the customer when there is one available for them.
