Couple of issues with my 2016 TB 15" MacBook Pro - what to do?

Hey Apple community,

I have got a couple of issues with my 2016 MacBook TB 15". First, the keyboard issues which many of you probably have heard of. However, as of today, I have a new issue...

The left speaker sounds like it has been completely by a scarf or something - obviously while it is not. I checked this by directing all sound to the left speaker via the control panel in MacOS.

The nearest Apple Store is a 3 hour drive. However there is a Apple Premium Service Provider a bit closer, about 1,5 hours of traveling.

What do you guys advise me to do? I have spend about € 3000,- on this laptop and did not expect issues like this. What is my best bet? Going to the Apple Store and hope for a replacement (a 2017 one maybe), or go to the Apple Premium Service Provider? Or should I send it to Apple? It is still in the warranty period.

I am a bit lost, unfortunately. Hope any of you can share some advice!

Cheers and thanks in advance,

Thijmen.

MacBook Pro (15-inch, Late 2016), macOS High Sierra (10.13.1)
