can't print yahoo mail messages from safari

Hello all-

I am helping set up a friend's computer. She uses Yahoo! Mail, and likes to print out individual email messages. Unfortunately, if those messages aren't plain text but contain styles of some sort (I'm guessing it's HTML beneath the covers, not that Yahoo's idiot-proof email interface lets you find out), when she tries to print the bottom of the message is cut off, even if she tries to print from the printer-friendly screen. This happens on both Safari and Firefox. Is this a known problem with Yahoo mail? Is there a workaround? I can't seem to set things on Yahoo mail to display only plain text.

Her computer is a brand-new Intel iMac -- latest version of Safari.
