I bought a used MacBook Air 2014, updated to High Sierra, it’s ok but special function keys don’t work as intended, they won’t change brightness or volume, they only work as fn keys, checked in keyboard settings and “work as standard fn keys” is disabled so they have to work as the icon on them, thanks for any help

Hi,
with regards to the F7, F8 and F9 buttons, they don`t work with I-tunes anymore.
Spotify has priority for some weird reason.

thanks but this is not a solution to my problem, I tried installing functionflip but it seems that my macbook air has no special function keys installed... that's an annoying mess, anyone else with the same issue and a solution?
