Enter key for opening file/folder

There are a few UI behaviours i wanted to check if there is any solutions. The other threads seem to consist of non useful comments which basically says this is how it is done in mac, get used to it. I dont really care which system i am using. Just need few fixes that makes the usage easier.

- enter key to open a file or folder versus renaming it.

- shift click selects the items from click A to click B

- double tap and move on the touch pad starts a drag selection

Will be very helpful if there are any way arounds to these functions.

- enter key to open a file or folder versus renaming it.

Get a key remapping utility, or a hotkey utility, or similar, and tell the utility that when using the Finder, you want <Return> to perform Command-O

I use BetterTouchTool for this kind of activity, as it gives me great control over my trackpad, but it also gives me Windows style snapping, keyboard, mouse, trackpad, touchbar control.

- shift click selects the items from click A to click B

I though it already did that? At least in List mode, if I select A, then Shift-Click on B, I get everything between A and B

If I Command-Click, I can add individual files or folders to the selected items in a non-contiguous manor.

- double tap and move on the touch pad starts a drag selection

I'm not sure about how to solve this. Maybe BetterTouchTool can do it, but I could not find it after a quick search, and I ran out of time to look.
