I received an email from secureapple.com stating that my apple account was successfully signed into and I needed to update my info or I would be blocked is this legitimate

Email from secureapple.com saying myaccount had been accessed by someone in Poland and wanted me to click on recover my account or I would be blocked

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 11.2.2
