tv app downloads not showing

tv app downloads not showing

I just purchased and downloaded new tv shows from itunes. only half of them are showing in the tv app. i cant find them anywhere now. dont know how to fix this, feeling pretty frustrated. I have never ha any issues up until these new downloads. if i go back on to itunes and to the product page they show as downloaded. so i really dont know what is causing only some to not show.

i keep trying to find answers but i have yet to find them. so sorry if the answer is out there somewhere.

I understand you purchased some TV shows from the iTunes Store, but they are not showing on your iPad in the TV app. The first thing I would suggest is to confirm that you have enough free space available on your iPad to download these large files.
How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
If it appears that you have enough free space, then try redownloading the purchased content.
Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the iTunes Store, iBooks Store, and App Store
