Cannot accept icloud terms and conditions

I recently upgraded from an iPhone SE to an iPhone 8. After setting up/restoring I got a red notification in the settings app and it was for the Icloud T&Cs. When I tap on agree nothing seems to be happening and the notification is still present. I am already connected to WiFi and my phone is up to date (iOS 11.2.2). If anyone knows a fix pls let me know.

Hi sands, I would try a force restart first to see if this helps.

In the 8 models: press volume up, release. Press volume down, release. Press and hold the power button until the phone goes off and the Apple logo appears.

Hi there,

First, make sure you do NOT have restrictions enabled. If so, disable and see if the notification goes away.


If not, or this doesn't apply, sign out and back into iCloud:


Then, go to settings - name - iCloud and

log out/sign out of iCloud. Save everything if asked.




This will turn off Find my iPhone after entering your password. After, sign back into iCloud. Select "Merge" when prompted.







This should do it. Keep me posted :)
