how do you remove the Amazon assistant?

How do you remove the Amazon assistant ? I thought I would like it but I want it gone

Safari > Preferences > Extensions

Select Amazon Assistant Extension.

Click the “Uninstall” button.

I have AdBlock installed.

Turnoff or uninstall extensions
