Apply Pay Cash for In-App Purchases

This is absolutely ridiculous. I transfered a large sum of money from my debit card onto Apple Pay Cash with the impression I could use it for In-App purchases. This is NOT the case. Every time I attempt to use Apple Pay Cash by selecting that as my default and "None" for my credit card or paypal option it just redirects me back to the main App Store screen. Now I'm stuck with this money on a "Apple Pay Cash" that I cannot use, with ONLY (1) option; to transfer is back to my bank/debit card and wait 7-10 days for it to clear. Too bad it can't go back into my account as fast as it came out.******

An Apple Pay Cash credit balance can be used for making payments using Apple Pay (including within supported apps where Apple Pay is offered as a payment option), but i cannot be used for iTunes Store, App Store or iBooks Store purchases:

To add credit for those purposes, add funds to your Apple ID / iTunes Store balance:
