SIRI DOESN'T KNOW MY LOCATION

When I ask Siri a location question she says "I don't know your location". I went to SETTINGS, GENERAL, SIRI, MY INFO and everything is correct. I checked my contact card and information is correct. Location services are switched on. Maps location is switched on/. Everything that everyone else has said to do has been done. Have rebooted, switched on and off etc. and still Siri doesn't know my location. Has anyone got any ideas? Is there anyone from Apple that knows the answer? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply.

I am loath to download a new Apple IOS as the last time I did it it literally killed my iPad. I had to take it into the nearest Apple Store and they couldn't fix it. They ended up getting me a new iPad. This is the reason I'm stuck with IOS 10.2. Know how to upgrade and I also have the user guides for my version of iPad but it doesn't cover this problem. I guess I was hoping that someone else may have come across this. Not sure what to do as all location services and personal info is turned on, If it means having to go into the Apple Store again, I will but this is a 2.5 hour drive and then usually a 1 hour wait to see someone. So, takes quite a lot of time. If anyone has any suggestions, I would be very grateful for the help.

Hi all

This has been solved, thank you.

i went to Google maps and re-entered my address in the search box, then selected the displayed search as my parking place. Once this was done, Siri recognised my location.
