New iCloud Terms and Conditions

New iPad mini 3. Red alert circle pops up under Settings for me to agree to "New iCloud Terms and Conditions." I agree and it SEEMS to take but the red alert circle is still there and the request to confirm still pops up. My Mac; other iPads and iPhones are all fine.
