how do I then add an icon to my iphone for quick access?
I've set up my email account on my iphone. But how do I add the icon for quick access, rather than going thru Safari each time? Might be a dumb question... 😟

If you are talking about creating a web link icon on your home screen you do that by tapping the square with an upward arrow in the top right of Safari (once you are on the page you desire to link). Then select “Add to Home Screen” which usually appears in the bottom row. You should find an icon has the been added to your home screen which when select takes you direct to that page, even if Safari has been closed down.
But as others have said, you can setup Mail access via the Mail App which is usually easier and quicker than using Web Mail access.

NeedHelp22Sept,
You use the Mail app icon on your Home screen. If you can't find it, swipe down from the middle of the Home screen to open the search field. Enter "mail" and click search.
See below for how to configure your email mailboxes:

Good luck.
No problem, wasn't sure that was what you were trying to do because it is usually easier to employ the Mail App to manage your emails, but I've used the web icon before to link a Weather page for my area when the App was just full of adverts but still wanted quick access from the home screen.
What does Safari have to do with email? Safari is a web browser. Set up your email account in the mail app.
Thank you so much!
Thank you very much.
