Are people still having a problem with phantom or random vibrations on their Apple Watch? I see that people have been having this issue for a while. At least I know I’m not going crazy. It seems like the problem has not been resolved.
It’s very annoying. Can somebody Apple address the issue please?

If you are using the HeartWatch app, then it may help to update that app to the latest version (via the App Store app on your iPhone > Updates).
A recent update for the app included a bug fix concerning haptic alerts.

I've had some phantom vibrations with my Apple Watch (which I define as vibrations that never happened but I imagined, just like iPhone vibrations that never happened but are imagined = brain is tricked by habit). My question is were they phantom vibrations or just random actual vibrations that didn't seem to serve any function.
So I would also like to know if random actual vibrations are happening.

That was my initial thought as well. But it sounds like a lot of people are experiencing the same thing, which reduces the probability of an imagined vibration.
I wish it were that simple! I don't have the app. Thanks for the suggestion though.
