How to get siri to convert g to tablespoons?
Siri says this is not possible: Convert gram to tablespoon - Conversion of Measurement Units. Is there some other way to ask the question. Same result for grams to cups.

Gram is a unit of mass, but tablespoon is a unit of volume. You would first need to know the density of the substance you're trying to measure. For example, for water, 1 gram is 1 milliliter. So 100 grams of water gives 100 milliliters. You can then convert milliliters to tablespoons (about 6.8 for this example).

We did; you're trying to ask Siri to convert between two totally different units. You have to ultimately provide the missing piece (the substance of what you're measuring). Then you could perhaps ask Siri to do the separate conversions. First, given the grams, what is the volume in milliliters based upon the substance's density. Followed by the volume in ml to volume in tsp conversion.
We Americans tend to have a lot of trouble with the metric system. 😉

No reading disability here.
If you ask Siri, “How many grams in a tablespoon?” Siri's answer is “Grams and tablespoons are not compatible.” If instead, you had asked, “How many liquid grams are in a tablespoon,” then Siri will provide a list of conversion sites, because she is missing that all important item "of what."
Ask this question: How many grams are in a tablespoon of water? You will get a direct spoken answer based on Wolfram Alpha lookup 14.8 grams. How many grams in a tablespoon of salt? 31.9 grams.
"25 grams of salt is how many tablespoons?" 0.783 tablespoons.
Ice cream is the result of organic chemistry, and is not a solitary ingredient that Siri can get an answer too. Same drill for how many grams of soft drink in a tablespoon. It is a chemistry experiment that Siri cannot answer.
75 ounces for both would certainly fail, since there is no single item for which a density is known, or two conversion mediums (e.g. grams and tablespoons). Siri is not omniscient and can read your mind. 😉
@VikingOSX: That's pretty good. Unfortunately, it looks like siri is too limited to be useful (or misinterprets as usual). All of the following fail:
"75 grams of ice cream is how many tablespoons?
"75 grams of ice cream is how many cups?"
Or use 75 ounces for both. Still fails.
1 U.S. Tablespoon is 14.78676484375 grams of water. Conversion.
Dry weights are material density driven as discussed here.
Guess everyone decided not to read the question.
