Hi,
I am facing issue with my rear camera. When ever I turn it on it gives a black screen. Screenshot attached. The sledi camera works fine. I am on 11.2.2 the latest update. This is so annoying

Try a reboot press the side volume up button quick then press the side volume down button quick then hold the power button down until you see apple logo.
If you still have a problem make an appointment at Apple store.

There are so many comments referring to this problem: maybe its time to admit it is a software issue and release a fix!?!
Agree. And it’s not only camera, there are numerous other issues.
