How many books will the iPad mini 3 16gb vs 64gb?

There really is no definitive answer because it all depends on how much free space you have on the ipad and how big the books are.

Presuming you don’t install any other apps but the built in ones you’ll have 50ish gig free. THen go out and look at various ebook files and see their file size and do the math.

Chances are you’ll have plent of room. In my experience text/book files are teensy tiny compared to video files that can be gigabytes each.

Depending where you are purchasing that iPad Mini 3, there are no more Apple warranties for this model iPad if something goes wrong with it.

Yeah - the current Mini 4 only comes with 128 GB. And I'm finding that I can't really find a way to max it out. I've got all my iTunes video downloads stored on it and I can't manage to use it up. As far as books go, I can't think of any e-books that would come close to using several GB. That being said, 16 GB is just way too little. I found that my 32 GB Mini 2 was far more usable than a previous Mini 2 16 GB.

I actually paid $299+tax for my new Mini 4 128 at Best Buy last August. Say whatever you want about Best Buy, but if you're just buying something new in a box where you know exactly what you want, there's not much that can go wrong.

obviously a 64 GB iPad will hold more data then a 16 GB pad. So, with that in mind, I would go for the 64 GB model. From a retired nurse to a new nurse, good luck in your classes.
