I am using mac and have EMLX files now I want to access that emlx files into my windows machine with outlook 2016. I tried to import emlx files in outlook but did not fulfilled. is there any option available where I can access my all emails in mu windows machine or convert my emlx into outlook pst.

Yes Microsoft outlook support eml but not emlx. Emlx extension is available for mac operating system.
If you cannot open the EMLX file on your computer - there may be several reasons. The first and most important reason (the most common) is the lack of a suitable application that supports EMLX among those that are installed on your computer. A very simple way to solve this problem is to convert emlx to outlook pst if you want to open emlx emails into outlook.

If you use Apple MAC Mail, your emails are stored as numbered files xyz.emlx etc.
using the Finder window search box does not locate files ending .emlx without a number, but you won't know what that is anyway.
As I am checking in OS X 10.4, but I imagine 10.5/6 would be similar, the files will most likely be stored at :
