Someone misused my mailing address

Hi,

Years ago someone misused my mailing address as an Apple ID. I never needed it so I left it until now.

I can reset the password and everything, but then I'm stuck on the security questions. Also the backup mailing address was some weird c app @ ... something.

When I logged in from my new MacBook it said the mailing address needed to be verified (of course because the original person could never do that). I did that in the hope that I could reset the security questions, but I couldn't.

I've called Apple Support but they won't help me as it is not my account and I can't verify that I'm that person.

What can I do other then change mailing address? I would really like to have this AppleID disconnected from my mailing address as this person has misused my mailing address and it was never confirmed anyway until i did that myself yesterday.

MacBook Pro, macOS Sierra (10.12.6)
