apple pay magnetic interference

I have a RokForm magnetic case. Since it’s installation, i have not been able to use Apple Pay and my photos are a bit blurry. Will a magnetic case interfere or destroy NFC capability in iPhone 6? I take the phone out of the case and Apple Pay still doesn’t work. Anyone else having same issue?
