i cannot find live photo effect in iphone 6

i think they want us to upgrade to 6s or above so that we get new features even though our hardware is capable of it SHAME ON YOU APPLE !!!my bad choice
iPhone 6 NEVER had live photo to begin with, so I'm not sure why you think Apple has done anything to their customers?
You could download the app "Camera for Live Photos" from the App Store which will allow you to take these photos. But only 6s and higher models can take these photos.
The feature is found in the 6 s and later models.
