Computer freezes for a few seconds

After upgrade to High Sierra I have the next problem: computer (or just a screen) freezes for 5-7 s. Not very often, once per 1-2 hours. In the log I have something like:

faultIOAcceleratorFamily218:00:45.651152 +0300kernelvirtual IOReturn IOAccelEventMachine2::waitForStamp(int32_t, stamp_t, stamp_t *): initial wait for 1 second expired. Continue wait for 4 seconds. stamp 391156 (gpu_stamp=391154)

As I understand, there is some problem with gpu. Reinstallation of the OS (but user settings were recovered from the Time Machine) doesn't help. Hardvare test (reboot with D) doesn't report any problem. EtreCheck also... But how to localize and fix it?
