I have a video on my iPhone 7+ and I can't copy it on a flash drive because iTunes has detected a problem with my audio configuration audio/Video playback may not operate properly. this window pop up in my lap top.

This works for photos, but, at least for me, not for videos. Should I be using a different process to export videos from my iPhone X to my Mac (and then from my mac to a flash drive)?
