how to permanently delete apps from child's ipad

I want to know how to block access to apps individually in the cloud. We have family sharing and I have apps that I don't want them using necessarily. They can download things from cloud without a password if they are already in "purchased" It usually works fine but I still don't like the idea that all my apps are in there. Does anyone know how to do that?
