iPad/IPhone not working with HughesNet

so mad. Just upgraded to HughesNet Gen 5 satellite internet. It made our internet 5X the speed it was (for surface pro). When trying to setup the wireless on our iPad/iPhones. It shows it's connected with great signal but no page will ever load. Called HughesNet for support and they told me it's likely my devices and I have to contact apple.


Anyone have any solutions?

Did your devices work with earlier generation of HughesNet?

Do other of your devices work with HughesNet?

Do ios devices work with other wifi nets?
