Emergency Alert: Ballistic Missile Threat Inbound To Hawaii

I got this alert this morning around 0800. There’s nothing on the news or anything on the radio. Hawaii has also been testing sirens for the first time since the Cold War I don’t hear those either.

What’s going on?
