Does Apple Support send an email and tell will disable apple id in 3 hours?

Hi. I just get an email this morning. As stated, it from Apple support and the email tells me to update my apple id or they will disable my account in 3 hours? Does it a spam? Here i attached the email content.

When i clicked the link(from the email), i feel something wrong with the website. It look same like original website and the url doesnt turn green on browser. Make me more weird, for security purpose, they ask my bank card no and cvv code.
