iOS 11.2.2 issues for iPad

ALERT - DO NOT UPGRADE TO iOS 11.2.2 on your iPad

I updated 2 days ago my iPad and iPhone 7 to iOS 11.2.2 (15C202). iPhone is a bit slower but seems to function.

iPad is completely disfunctional as a result of this iOS update. here are examples (there is a lot more happening) of what is happeneing

1- any and all apps randomly quit on me (including messages, safari, FB etc),

2- at times safari won’t load web sites (including apple.com ones - see picture attached),

2- keyboard gets locked up,

4- click on an app and nothing happens (app ”looks grey”) at the same time no button works (home or on/off button) don’t work.

Anyone know what can be done to fix this? Apple agents; have you seen this with other users? Any expected fix date for these issues?
