Hi,
I have an issue regarding my iCloud I backed up everything in my phone before I factory reset my phone there was 20.78 GB back up on the iCloud, after I factory reseted my phone I found that the photos were deleted from my iCloud and now I have only 4 GB backup on my I cloud!
Please can someone help me to get my old back up "20 GB" on the iCloud ?

Have you gone to Settings/Your Name/iCloud, signed in, and turned Photos syncing on?
Have you checked the Photos app and iCloud.com/Photos for a Recently Deleted album?
yes, I have done everything you said. And the old photos was deleted after the format I have done from the laptop. Even when I checked in the iTunes after formatting, it has nothing but 4 GB in the iCloud.
This is what I get but when I open the iCloud I only have 4GB.
