I downloaded tutu app on my iPhone 6 but only the app downloaded I didn’t have to trust the network and I didn’t even open the app. I quickly searched the web to see if it was safe to use and if I would get s virus or not and I got no help from it so I deleted the app straight away... will I get a virus or get hacked even if I deleted it? Or will my iPhone be okay?
You are not talking to Apple. This is a user forum. There is no way for Apple or anyone else to police the Internet like that. Don't try to install apps from anywhere other than the app store.
Safari is the browser on your phone. Google is a massive search engine and content company. Neither of them are responsible for the malware you attempted to download.
If you are really concerned that something is now wrong with your phone, put it into recovery mode and use iTunes to restore ios.
Have you been backing it up on a regular basis? If so, then you can restore from the last backup you made before this happened. If not, then you're going to lose data.
I didn’t get it on the Apple store I got it on safari but I didn’t trust the profile and I look on settings and can’t find profiles. I’m literally really scared about being hacked and I don’t know if I will get do or not. The app didn’t ask me to trust the network so am I safe? Also when I was looking in my mail this reply was apparently in my junk mail... Why is that I never put my emails in trash or junk mail! Can anyone help me.

Ive found out that my backup for iCloud is on but I don’t backup my iPhone manually it does it automatically so do I just reset my phone like you said and then login back to my iTunes?

My last backup was yesterday and the App downloaded 2 days ago would it make s difference if I reset my iPhone if my backup was after the app or would it still help?

If you go it from the Apple App Store, you're OK. Otherwise, there is no way to be sure.
I could do with some help from Apple workers to see if this is legal and safe and if it isn’t why it’s not removed from safari and google!
