Why is the heart rate displayed in red

Sometimes the hr is displayed in red, as if it is a warning. But this is usually during a workout, in the workout app, with a hr around 120 bpm so not alarmingly high.

Anyone else seeing this?

Hi

When using the Workout app with the Workout View set to Multiple Metric, all metrics except one are displayed in white.

Rotating the Digital Crown during the workout changes which metric is highlighted / displayed in a different colour - or in a shade of grey, when using greyscale.

When it is highlighted, Heart Rate is shown in red.
