Podcast restarts every time I play

Recently, my Podcast app has been starting the entire podcast over every time I resume playing (after having pushed pause). Similarly, it is showing that it is 28 min in, for example, but it's really started over.

I've restarted the app and my phone and nothings working. There is also no update available
