I have Notability on both my Mac and ipad how do I share the notes between the 2 devices?

I have the app on both my Macbook pro and ipad pro. all of the note ore on the ipad currently and I would like to share them back and forth with my macbook, to use the app seamlessly between the ipad and the macbook.
