Outlook certificate not trusted error on iPhone

The company I work for recently had mail server issues, got it back up and running today. Since then, I am getting a certificate not trusted error and can't connect. I have an iPhone 7 Plus running iOS 11.2.2. There no longer appears to be an option to manually trust a certificate. Any help would be appreciated.

Delete the account, restart your phone, and add it back. You should then be prompted to review and trust the certificate.
