Is this when you are just in the home screen and the phone is unlocked? Can you provide a screenshot of what you are speaking about? Under certain circumstances some of the status indicators in the upper status bars are missing or different, but again, it is going to depend on what you are doing at the time. Try the screenshot and an explanation of exactly what you are doing at the time you notice that you cannot see this information.

Hi ellie7979,

On the iPhone X the battery percentage is almost never showed in the bar at the top of the screen. To find your battery percentage you should swipe down from the top right of the display to open the control centre where this will be displayed. Here other icons will also be displayed like bluetooth, alarms, location services and your cellular/LTE network and signal strength or wifi. Mostly the time should be displayed on the top right of the screen. However, the iPhone X is designed to change the display at the top based on what you are looking at and what you might need to see, therefore it may display your network or other. Although it would be helpful if you could attach a screenshot to show exactly what the problem is?

Thank you for the screenshots. What troubleshooting have you tried? User troubleshooting includes restart, which is powering the phone off and then back on, a restore from backup, and restore to factory. However, I suspect that it could be corrected before needing to go to the restore. Also, if you go to Settings>General>Restrictions, do you have any restrictions on?
