I just received a call says apple support number with this number: ******* . Should i consider this as official or third party technical support number?

Okay.
Apple Inc. will never call someone unsolicited. Period.
However Apple does have numerous third parties known as Apple Authorised Repair Centres or Apple Authorised Retail Centres (or at least they do in some many parts of the world). They are fully authorised to perform any procedure an Apple Retail Store would, however they are NOT bound by any other rules. They can call you whenever they like. They can charge you whatever they like. You get the picture.
