update_dyld_shared_cache
I'm getting a message from Kaspersky saying "Webcam access by 'update_dyld_shared_cache' was blocked. What does that mean? I do not have a webcam.
Mac mini (Late 2009), macOS High Sierra (10.13.2), No webcam

The problem is not with your Mac, it is with Kaspersky. Uninstall Kaspersky as per the developer's instructions. No Anti-Virus software or so-called cleaning apps are needed or recommended for Mac OS. They can conflict with Mac's own built-in security. At best they will slow your Mac by using unnecessary resources and at worst will bork your entire system.

Thanks for the quick response! I have never heard that apps like Kaspersky, Norton, or Malwarebytes are not needed or recommended. I've uninstalled Kaspersky.
Malwarebytes is not AV and if you use the free version and run it only on demand, no system resources are used. But I'd only recommend it if you suspect malware.
