Recommendation for Curly hair emoji

Where can I submit a request for Apple to make an emoji that would reflect curly, wavy, and/or kinky coily hair on Apples emoji keyboard? All the emoji’s have straight hair. Minor but would really LOVE to see it included! :)

Apple does not define the emoji character set. The unicode consortium controls that.
