What is the difference between “Fetch Manually” and “Manual”

What is the difference between “Fetch Manually” and “Manual”

I understand what “Fetch” and “Push” are, but what is the difference from Fetch when its selected under “Manually” and the “Manual” option? Also, what is the difference to Fetch being set to a certain interval and the “Automatically“ Option?

Fetch Manually and Manual achieve the same outcome that Mail will only look emails when you are in the Mail app and manually refresh the emails. Apple has not said what they mean by Automatically and they will have the own method of determining when the best time is to fetch data.
