Hello, I tried to upgrade my billing information with the debit card of the expiration date in 2020, but it doesn't let me to upgrade because the date should be between 2018 and 2028, what it actually is. What is the problem??

Yes! Many of times through iPhone settings, iTunes and iCloud.. Nothing! I had some active subscribtions that I just cancelled, so now they say 'Payment card processing is temporarily unavailable. You may continue to browse the store. Please try to make your purchase later.' Maybe the problem was with those subscribtions? I downloaded two the apps with free trials. And today I should be charged for my 50GB of iCloud storage, but I cannot renew my billing info and I'm afraid of losing my data..
They won't help me. Many people had the same problem and I follow their solutions, it should work for me l, too. But it doesn't. I'm really ****** off about this situation and I'm not going to waste my time and money for calling them.
Have you tried using your computer's iTunes ? And tried a different network ? You could also try contacting iTunes Support in your country : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

As we are fellow user we won't know 'what is the problem'. Have you tried just logging into the account, removing the card, and re-entering its details from scratch ?
