My visual voice mail has disappeared and now only has option of call voice mail. I spoke to Bell and they said to wipe and restore phone. Did that and did not work so they said they could not help anymore and must be a hardware issue. Has anyone else encountered this and what is the fix ? Thanks

Sorry this isn't a hardware issue, you shouldn't need to wipe and restore your phone.
if you have to call your voicemail that means VVM is disabled and Bell needs to reprovision you to use VVM.
Call them back and speak to someone more knowledgeable.
