How do I make a genius bar appointment

I want to make an appointment with the genius bar-The phone call fix wiped out my iPad mini apps and will not connect with my Mac book Pro after the phone call fix-The person on the phone did not know what they were doing. Now I can't even sign in to my mini- Help is needed. I need to bring in both my mini and Mac book Pro to the genius bar.-use my ****@ yahoo.com email. The email ****@ yahoo.com is no longer in use.

Find the website for your particular Apple Store. Like this one:

Union Square - Apple Store - Apple

At the bottom there are a bunch of things you can do. If you're logged into your Apple ID, any devices you've linked to it will show up. If you aren't logged in, then it will give several selections. Select your device, it will give selections to go through. If it can't solve your issue you'll see an option to make an appointment. The problem right now is that Apple Stores are swamped with people wanting to get the iPhone battery service.

I had a recent call and was given a chance to fill out a survey. You can express your dissatisfaction with that.

If you're having a hard time with the online reservation process, you should be able to go directly to one and make a reservation there. They might also have a waiting list for drop-ins.

Call 1-800-MY-APPLE in North America or go to apple.com/contact for a list of international phone numbers and make an appointment through Apple before heading out to any Apple Store.
