I'm looking for either GIFS/Animated desktop. Where I can hear bubbles or water etc. Does iMac support any of those live things?

Marine Aquarium and Mach Desktop both work on High Sierra. Marine Aquarium being the only one of the two that has sound(bubbling water). Both are paid apps.

Apple doesn't directly support these but they are available. Here's one in ITunes Store:

Do a Google search for "Mac animated desktop" and you'll find many more.
Sharks 3D has bubble sounds, desktop and screensaver modes, plus spans across dual monitors.
You can get it from the Mac App Store > Sharks 3D on the Mac App Store

I've never used an animated Desktop, so I can't tell you. If you really have to have it, just be sure to have a current Time Machine backup in case of issues.
