My iPhone 6 is frozen

so i have an iPhone 6 iOS 11 and i was updating it to the next software update which was 11.2.2 and it wasn't working so now its stuck on this black screen with an iTunes sign with a charger and I've restarted it didn't work and i also took it to apple but they wouldn't help me because I'm not 18 or over. anyone have any tips?
