Couldn't use Apple ID to activate

Excuse me, have you ever had the same problem. Six years ago I bought Ipad 2 and registred my Apple ID. Some years after I changed email to Google gmail. Around week ago, I donno how, but my Ipad was restarted and now asking me Apple ID to activate it. When I'm trying to activate it by my Apple ID, it shows me that i couldn't activate it by this ID. But I have only ONE Apple ID.

I don't have Ipad in my iCloud, when I'm trying to activate my device through iTunes it shows me this error

But I don't have any SIM card in my Ipad, so I find any SIM card and insert it. Then it asked me Apple ID, but when I'm trying to activate by my Apple ID it shows me that I couldn't activate it by this Apple ID (underlined by black).

But there it shows me my old email (underlined by red), so i thought maybe if I do THIS (by THIS I mean try to reset password if any Apple ID exists with my old email). So it shows me that is not Apple ID

I understand that you're being asked to activate your iPad, but it's not accepting your Apple ID. I'm happy to provide some help for this issue.
