This container was created by deleting a bootcamp partition. How can I merge it back to my Mac drive?
My ultimate goal is to create a larger bootcamp partition.

When I open bootcamp assistant, the only available space to add a new windows partition, is the MAC HD partition. That position is now original size minus container disk size leaving me with less available space than the first time I created a bootcamp partition.
Edit: I am trying to upload a picture right now, but it's not working.
Bootcamp Assistant shows I have a max of 104gb I can assign to windows. This 104gb leaves a 289gb partition (8gb free) for MacOS. I have the 500gb ssd MBP. That appeared to leave out the 105.9gb "container 2."

Post the output of
diskutil list
before we go further.
Run
diskutil apfs deleteContainer 3368E656-EEA2-4EEF-9586-F30C77268034
diskutil eraseVolume fat32 BOOTCAMP disk0s3
and now run BC Assistant, and click on Restore/Remove.
Boot Camp Assistant should be able to remove the partition.
From macOS Terminal, post the text output of
diskutil list
diskutil apfs list
Can you post the output of the second command?
