Tool bar missing
My tool bar at the bottom of the screen (that has mail, messagin, Safari ) keeps disappearin. I have to shut my iPad off and the back on to get it to return. How can I fix this please?

Are you referring to the Dock at the bottom of your screen that keeps disappearing? If so, I would like you to try a reinstall of iOS. The Dock is built into iOS 11 on your iPad, so I would like to see if you get the same result after a reinstall.
