Could be that the receiving party either intentionally or inadvertently blocked your number? *67 feature for landlines and (many) cell phones prevents your information from being shown on the receiver’s display; therefore, your *67 call is circumventing or bypassing the destination block feature?
Like the messages won’t go through and the calls goes to voicemail, but if I *67 and call them, the call will go through, what does that mean?

If your call goes straight to voicemail, it’s likely that they have your phone number blocked. As far as your text not reading “delivered” It is due to the same reason as your number being blocked.
Also, if the receiving party presses the power button while your call is incoming (call decline) your call will also go directly to voicemail.
Yea. I thought so,thanks
Thanks
what does it mean if you try to text someone and it doesn’t say delivered or if you call that person it goes to voicemail after the first ring?
