Apple Watch is not user-serviceable and batteries are not available to buy as spare parts.
The battery in Apple Watch is designed to retain up to 80% of its original capacity after 1,000 complete charge cycles:

Apple's Limited Warranty (and AppleCare+, if previously purchased) includes coverage for defective batteries.
Chargeable, out-of-warranty battery service is also available, if required. Prices vary by country. In the US, for example, out-of-warranty battery service currently costs $79 plus tax and, if required, shipping:
