Hi ! Please help me. I've noticed that phone uses 800MB of 1 GB RAM, which decreases the battery life dramatically. Can anyone guess what is it flooded with ? I've turned off all the features that could do it, but nothing works.

Have you turned off the apps listed in background app refresh in settings?
Also, have you turned off location services in settings?
These two places are where I'd begin to look first. I'd look into app usage next

Something that may really help you is calling Apple support and having a tech do a screen share session with you, so that you both can look at what is going on, status of services, settings t/out, etc.
I think this would really help by having someone walk you through it and advise....
When you get a chance, I'd call in and ask if they could please take a bit of time in guiding you and advising along the way as well as look more into what "settings" appear to be using the battery the most and what your options are overall (:

I also have iPhone 6s which uses only 500MB of RAM during the same type of functioning as 5s with its' 800-900MB. And there is something is Settings that affects my battery - never seen them "eating" so much of battery percentage on my 6s . 😕 Maybe it'll be fixed or what.
I also tried to restore, hard reset, changed the battery.
Now I have 63% left, and it says that 29% of those that gone were used by "Settings", but really I haven't done anything in settings for so long
If you are talking about RAM, iOS manages that and you have no control over it. It is not affecting your battery life and you are wasting your time trying to manually monitor it.
